Chiwaukee Prairie, a 485-acre prairie in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. They specialize in understanding the biodiversity in the prairie, as well as acquiring, restoring, preserving, and managing prairie lands. This organization is committed to educating individuals on the importance of this ecological gem.

My group, composed of three designers, were tasked with creating a new logo that represents the prairie, and re-branding a brochure that describes the prairie in detail. Challenges we encountered along the way were ensuring that a modern design would not take away from the natural beauty of the organization, and ensuring our design was entirely biologically accurate.
